TRAM flap narrated
Posted by admin
TRAM is the most popular of all reconstruction options, especially for a woman with excess belly fat or an abdomen that has been stretched out by pregnancy. You end up with a “tummy tuck”; as a fringe benefit of surgery. Also, abdominal tissue feels most like a natural breast to anyone touching you.

what happened to her left tit?
I had mine done about 5-6 years ago and I couldn’t be happier. It looks so real and feels real. It’ll look weird after you get done and it involves alot of drainage tubes but it’s well worth it after the healing is done. And what could be better than having a tummy tuck at the same time?!? Good luck, I hope you’re as pleased with the results as I am.
im due this done next week any good results out there
@rockinnroad you seem to be the only one with positive results ,im due to have tram flap done next week and im nervous how are you now
@KissingFrenzy
SERIOUSLY???? I HAD TRAM FOR BILATERAL RECON IN 06…….BULGE AND PAIN…. THE “WORKS” ARE SLOW TOO……IT FIGURES
@maestrocheif – Me too. It worries me that everyone thinks it is a tummy tuck procedure when it’s not. I would never do this again.I have developed hernias from the mesh as there was a recall on them -you may want to check your post op records for the mesh which was used and make sure there is not a recall.
@youareannoyinmenow Tis is not a tummy tuck and whatever you do -get the implants.
@802amanda Hi
I don’t recommend this.Email me if you have more questions.
@meawaleed You are absolutely correct. I have had this done, and now wish I had opted for the expanders.
@meawaleed This is not a tummy tuck as this is much more involved.They have left some important things out in this video.
@TREFIVE No.
@TREFIVE The breast size will not increase unless she gains weight, however she can forget about doing regular sit ups as they cut and transferred the rectus muscle.
@blackhawk122ss The post op pics are no indication of what a person truly looks like after they have fully recovered.
@huyup123456 Yes, it leaves a huge scar from hip bone to hip bone
so when she works out is that thing going to get bigger
she’s flat
Does that leave scars?
so its real u who was being operated in this video? if its u wow!! my best freind done tummy tuck and i saw it in real operating room its real so so scary….
Each person has their own reasons for their choices. Some have no choice. My double removal/reconstruction tram flap was because I could not have implants due to prior radiation damaging my tissue. This is MAJOR surgery and recovery. Now I have no worry about implant replacement 5 or 10 years later… It had to be done and now I’m CANCER-FREE. Just be sure your surgeon is not new at this….KC
she should have just go directly for breast implant done putting scars and some fat in here breast not that worth
thank you for this video i am a 27 year old who has had bilatteral mastectomies and had silicone implants at age 23. i opted not to have a tram back then because i wanted childeren, now i am done with childeren and need to look at either replacing my implants in the furture or doing a tram bilatterally if i even have enough for both sides. any suggestions?
sloppy suturing!
u are more likely to have amazia(nipple present breast tissue absent) then amastia .
u then have a valid reason for undergoing the surgery. People often undergo breast enhancement operations at young age even they have a normal breast .but amastia (absence of breast) is certainly an indication of the operation. It is a rare condition. I have just seen 4 or 5 cases so far.the patients had other abnormalities as well.
yeah i know but the basics are still the same. im getting the fat taken out of my belly and used to make a new boob. i only have one at the mo so its as if ive had a masectomy anyway. it just didnt grow =/
